Shipping policy

All Andersson Stone orders are shipped from Sweden with DHL Express. Every shipment is fully insured for its value and tracked from dispatch to delivery.

Shipping rates Shipping rates depend on your destination and are calculated at checkout, before you pay.

Delivery times Once your order has been dispatched, DHL Express typically delivers within 1–3 business days to Sweden and the rest of Europe, and within 1–5 business days to most other destinations. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, public holidays and remote locations can add time.

Tracking You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. A signature may be required on delivery.

Damaged or lost parcels If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been opened, please contact us right away. Because every shipment is insured, we will resolve any loss or damage in transit with you.

Customs and import duties Orders delivered within the EU are not subject to customs duties. For destinations outside the EU, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country on delivery and are paid by the recipient.

Risk of loss The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the order has been delivered to you.
